Best Gumbo In The Hood is available for purchase at the Santa Ana (DTSA) Farmer's Market on Thursdays from 4pm to 8pm.  DTSA Farmer's Market is located on Spurgeon Street, between 3rd & 4th Streets in Santa Ana, CA.  You can also purchase Best Gumbo In the Hood (Daily from 10am - 10pm) at Honor Roll, located in the new 4th Street Market at 201 E. 4th Street, Santa Ana, CA  92701.

The Debut

There could not have been a better event to debut Best Gumbo In The Hood - Vegan Gumbo!  Lynda Santos of Healthy Junk in Anaheim was the creator and sponsor of the Vegan Faire and was kind enough to provide the backdrop for the debut.  Over 100 samples of my Vegan Gumbo were enjoyed (and sold-out) by 2pm.  The Vegan Gumbo was a hit!  Congratulations to Lynda Santos of Healthy Junk in Anaheim for a tremendously successful event.  Best Gumbo in The Hood is proud to be part of history!

Joined DTSA Farmer's Market Family

Best Gumbo In The Hood joined the Downtown Santa Ana (DTSA) Farmer's Market family and the following is available for purchase:  Shrimp & Chicken Gumbo, Chicken Andouille Sausage Gumbo, and Vegan Gumbo.  DTSA Farmer's Market is held every Thursday, from 4pm to 8pm, and is .ocated on Spurgeon Street, between 3rd & 4th Streets in Santa Ana, CA. 

Incubating Success

I am very pleased to announce the new home for Best Gumbo In the Hood is the 4th Street Market.  All gumbo products are cooked out of the East End "Incubator" Kitchens located inside the brand new 4th Street Market (201 E. 4th Street, Santa Ana, CA  92701).  Also housed at the 4th Street Market is Honor Roll, the market within the market.  All gumbo varieties, Shrimp & Chicken, Chicken Andouille, and Vegan Gumbo is sold in the frozen food section of Honor Roll, and is available for purchase daily from 10am to 10pm. 

The Beginning

It is with much joy and excitement to announce the launch of Best Gumbo In The Hood, my newest company under Angela Eason Enterprises and Angela's LA Gumbo.  This would not be possible without the love and support of The Hood Kitchen Space + Market, where Best Gumbo In The Hood was born! Kitchen I at The Hood was the delivery room and the tilt skillet was the incubator to the first gumbo product: Vegan Gumbo.   I highly recommend The Hood for all caterers, chefs, and food trucks in need of a commercial kitchen to launch and grow their food businesses!  I am glad to be part of The Hood Family!
